List of Charges for Non - NHS requests and charges (i.e. Medical reports, letters, insurance requests, Solicitors)
Most of the services offered by the surgery are free under the NHS. Some services are not covered under the NHS and for these Oakfield Street Surgery can charge a fee. The fee will reflect both the Doctors' time to carry out the service and the Doctor's professional opinion. It may also include the cost of nursing and administration support and stationery .
The cost of these services is in line with British Medical Association guidance. Fees are to be paid in cash at the surgery at the time of the request. If you have any concerns abous the fee involved, please discuss this with us prior to requesting the service.
