Symptom Management Service
Supporting people living with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, and Post Viral Illness including Long Covid
Who are we?
The Symptom Management Service supports people living with:
-
Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)
-
Fibromyalgia Syndrome
-
Post Viral Illnesses, including Long Covid
Everyone’s experience of these conditions is different. Some people may experience one or two symptoms, while others may have many. The impact on daily life can range from very mild to very severe.
What we do
Our ethos is that symptoms can be managed and their impact on life reduced—even if it’s not possible to get rid of the symptoms entirely.
We aim to help people:
-
Live a life driven by their values, not their symptoms
-
Make positive changes and take control of their wellbeing
